... For the Spirit searches all matters, even the depths of Elohim. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man that is in him? So also, the thoughts of Elohim no one has known, except the Spirit of Elohim. And we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit that is from Elohim, in order to know what Elohim has favourably given us, which we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Set-apart Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual matters with spiritual matters. But the natural man does not receive the matters of the Spirit of Elohim, for they are foolishness to him, and he is unable to know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual discerns indeed all matters, but he himself is discerned by no one.

The scriptures make it very clear that for the message God has for man has to be revealed by God to man.

Without the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) one cannot understand the message God has for us.

Believer or Not. Whether you consider yourself a believer or not, seeking God out in prayer and accepting that true understanding will only come by divine revelation is key to moving forward in your journey to knowing the God of Israel.

A suggested prayer. Yehovah, I seek to be taught by you and have revealed to me the message of the bible. I allow your Ruach to be my teacher. Help me to listen and understand. Take me on a journey to knowing you. Teach me all things as you have said. Amen.
